The Political Disparity

  India is a vast country with not just diverse cultures, languages and religions but also with an entirely different political atmosphere in all its regions. But we can clearly differentiate North and South on the basis of their prevailing politics. Beginning from the North, the masses in this region have a pro-Hindu sentiments which is often triggered during elections  by the politicians. Their mode of operandi is simple. They either target a minority community claiming that they are a threat to  the Hindu majority or else they would invoke a special feeling for the country in the name of patriotism which work out pretty well in winning their precious votes. So the candidate who promises to build temples rather than hospitals or schools for the poor people are likely to win the elections in the North. South Indians however have a different taste in choosing their leaders. As observed from previous elections, unlike North Indians they are reluctant to pro-Hindu politics ...

The Election Game

Five years passed, but not so quickly. People had to go through a herd of unprecedented govt policies that ill treated them and the government was under scrutiny and was about to fall from power.  However, the rulers,  they still believed they had a last chance to turn things around in their favour despite their helplessness. Unable to make claims on any progress that they said to have made, they stood numb for a while. And that's when they decided to play the masterstroke. Out of the cards they had in their hands they pulled out the "Ace of Spade", the saffron colored card carrying a message that said, "Hindus are in Danger! We have come to save them". The card was played to the face of the players sitting opposite them. The Perfect Card that shan't get defeated regardless of time was played on the perfect occasion.The opposition stood still unable to make any further move, and all of a sudden, the five years of endurance disappeared, the people saw them as...

The Indestructible Stance

If you still believe that this government is doing a fabulous job dig inside yourself. Maybe a little deeper and see for yourself the saffron seeds which were sown in your mind at some part of your life have grown into a tree, as big as banyan. And there is no uprooting of it. Because you don't want it to be uprooted instead you wish to enjoy the fragrance of it's saffron flowers , sit beneath it and watch it grow taller. You love it so much that you cannot accept the rotting smell of saffron outside you. Well guess what the rot is inside you as much as it is outside. It is just a matter of realisation.
